Sky Everton was released earlier this year in June 2019, which saw a near 40% being sold. This meant that approximately 102 units were sold out of the 262 units opened up during its weekend launch.

And since the MRT station is not far from the central area, living at Sky Everton also provides much convenience when it comes to travelling to work as well.
