    M+S Pte Ltd was set up back in 27 June 2011 and is owned 60:40 by Malaysia’s Strategic Investment Fund, Khazanah Nassional Berhad and Singapore’s state-owned investment company: Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited.     Marina One Residences is located along Marina Way, and is just a short 1 minute walk to reach Marina Bay MRT station along the North-South Line. It is also a short 4 minute walk to reach Downtown MRT station along Downtown Line. Marina One Residences is also accessible from Bayfront MRT station for an 11 minute walk, which is connected to the Circle Line.
