If you recall from last year, 8 St Thomas created a huge wave of interest by winning the Best Luxury Condo Architectural Design last year at the 8th Annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards. It reportedly sold over 20 units well above $3000 psf during the property’s preview.

I do believe that CBD area properties will keep their value, and for 8 St Thomas to be well developed by Bukit Sembawang Estate also means that you can expect a lot from this property.  Like I mentioned before, the convenience when it comes to reaching the central area is undeniable, and the amount of amenities offered in the region is also another factor to consider. 

Under the latest URA master plan, there are plans to revitalise the CBD area by introducing 20,000 new homes in the area and inject more dining and lifestyle options in the area. So you can also expect the area’s value to increase overtime, which is also a good indicator to consider whether to invest in 8 St Thomas.

Location – 4/5

Central area remains very accessible to important destinations, expressways and many more, making transport much more convenient. As such, with even greater plans to revitalise the central area, many buyers at this point would still prefer to live near the central region as it gives them a great deal of convenience within their lifestyles. If you value location and convenience, 8 St Thomas is definitely one to consider.

Bukit Sembawang Estate is one of the longest running developers, and I dare say that they also have one of the best properties developed till date.
